Back to Basics 8 - 10 August 2014

Location: Omatua Camp, Rissington , Hawkes Bay
Description: Omatua provides modern roomy facilities in an attractive, peaceful setting of 6 acres, with a safe flowing river to swim in alongside it.
Accommodation is available for up to 46 in the cabins as well as room for tents if you’d prefer to camp.

Outdoor shaded area is available for meals and meetings, all facilities are wheelchair accessible and are connected by a covered walkway.

There will be a number of activities to keep everybody busy for their time in the Hawke's Bay!
Registrations open at 3pm and a light supper at 7pm.
Please register on arrival.
Opening/check in meeting at 8.30 pm, Topic, Gender and guest speaker meetings will be held throughout the weekend.

The registration costs include all meals, beds in non-smoking, warm cabins (or tent, if you prefer!) and family members are very welcome.

The theme of this campout is … you guessed it “Back to Basics”, where we look at many topics relating to this e.g. How to get clean and stay clean, and what got us all here in the first place!

Welcome to the 14th Aotearoa New Zealand Regional Convention of Narcotics Anonymous being hosted in Wellington, New Zealand over the long Labour Weekend break 24, 25, 26 October 2014.

Programme:
There will be three “Speaker meetings”, the rest of the time the five minute sharing limit will be maintained. Speakers will be chosen from those who have pre-registered prior to 30 September 2014.
There will be a fundraising memorabillia auction on the Sunday, so please start collecting items for this now and bring them along to leave at registration

Accommodation:
There is a wide range of accommodation options.
Limited billeting will be available on a “first come” basis. You will only be considered for billeting once you have paid for your registration.

Registration:
Included in your registration fee is one persons entry to the Convention for the three days, Pizza on Friday night, the Beggars Banquet on Saturday night and Convention.

Waged $40.00
Unwaged $30.00

Newcomers registration fee is negotiable on the day. To ensure there is no confusion we see newcomers as people who have less than 90 days cleantime.
There will of course be plenty of opportunities to make newcomer donations.

If you are registering from overseas, to save you the hassle of transfering money to a NZ bank account, just email us a copy of your flight booking and we will register you at the rate of the date you email us. You can pay in cash when you arrive.

Call for suppliers:
We are looking for expressions of interest from supplies for the convention. This could be things like, to run an on-site coffee bar/cafe, a juice stand/friut, merchandising or off-site entertainment.
Please send through any proposals prior to the 31 March 2014.
